By accessing or using GhostCall at ghostcall.space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use GhostCall.
GhostCall is a free, peer-to-peer voice calling service that allows users to make instant voice calls without creating an account. Calls are temporary — rooms are destroyed when calls end.
You agree to use GhostCall only for lawful purposes. You must not use GhostCall to:
GhostCall does not require account registration. You are responsible for keeping your room links and codes private. Anyone with access to your room link or code can join your call.
GhostCall uses peer-to-peer WebRTC technology. Call audio travels directly between participants and is not recorded or stored by GhostCall. However, we cannot guarantee the privacy of calls if participants choose to record them using third-party tools.
GhostCall is provided free of charge and on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
GhostCall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to call quality issues, connection failures or data loss.
The GhostCall name, logo and website design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without permission.
GhostCall relies on third party services including Cloudflare, Supabase and PeerJS. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GhostCall after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
